SchoolMessenger is used to communicate with students' parents by text messages, email messages and phone calls. SchoolMessenger uses phone numbers and email addresses from the District's student information system, Ascender, for these communications.
In order to receive text messages from your campus or the District, the parent must have opted in on the phone that will receive the text messages by texting Y to our short code 67587.
New and returning students' parents should make sure their student's registration information, including parents' phone numbers and email addresses, is correct and current through their Ascender Parent Portal account. Once logged into Ascender Parent Portal, click on My Account under the people icon in the top right corner. Then, select Maintain Student Data under your student's name.Verify or update any of your own contact information for your student.
