The Thrall Community Education Foundation (TCEF) is proud to be hosting its 5th annual Harvest Festival. Harvest Festival is a long-standing tradition at Thrall ISD. Each year, the student body at each grade level (K-12) nominates a queen and king candidate from their grade. With the help of their classmates, these candidates raise funds by selling raffle tickets or collecting monetary donations. The candidates raising the highest amount are crowned Harvest Festival Queen and King at the coronation ceremony.
