Varsity Football Returns to Fridays!

The 12-2A District Committee met again this afternoon to overturn the previous voting, moving our Varsity district football games back to Friday nights at a normal time of 7:30 pm. In addition, this will move our Sub-Varsity and Middle School games back to Thursday nights. Read more...

Football & Volleyball Live Streams Available

Thrall ISD and some of our opponent school districts are participating in the NFHS Network for live streams of football and volleyball games. NFHS Network subscriptions require parents and community members to pay a monthly or annual fee for access to these live streams. Read more...

Pandemic-Electronic Benefit UPDATED

The Pandemic-Electronic Benefits Transfer (P-EBT) helped millions of Texas children who temporarily lost access to free school meals during the 2020-2021 school year. The U.S. Department of Agriculture recently added a one-time P-EBT summer benefit. Eligible families may be able to receive an additional $375 to supplement their family’s budget during the covered summer period. Read more...

Student Chromebook Insurance Available

Thrall ISD has negotiated a group policy discount insurance coverage with Securranty for parents to purchase insurance coverage for Chromebooks issued to students in 3rd-12th grades. Coverage for this school year costs $24.95 and covers mechanical failure, accidental damage, flood, fire, vandalism and more. Read more...

Student Chromebook Information 2021-22-UPDATED

Students in 3rd-12th grades will be issued individual student Chromebooks to be used by the student for the 2021-22 school year. 3rd-4th grade student Chromebooks will remain on the campuses this year. 5th-12th grade student Chromebooks will be taken home by the students each day. Insurance coverage for Chromebook damage/loss is available through Securranty for parents to purchase again this year. Read more...

COVID Guidance School Year 2021-22-UPDATED

As Governor Abbott has not changed his stand on the no mask mandate in the school setting, masks will continue to be optional for the 2021-22 school year at Thrall ISD. This does not change our opinion on safe practices. TISD still feels that masks are beneficial and encourage everyone to wear them to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. As a district our hope and request is that we all respect each other’s decision about mask wearing and vaccination. Read more...

LEEP After School Program Available!

We are very excited to have the opportunity to serve you and your children with the LEEP After School Program for Thrall ISD students in PreKindergarten through 6th grades again in the 2021-22 school year! The Learn, Enrich, Extend and Play (LEEP) After School Program begins when school is dismissed and runs until 6:00 p.m. on school days in the ES/MS Cafetorium. Read more...
