No Child Left Behind (NCLB):
Section 1111(h)(2) of the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) requires each local education agency (LEA) that receives Title I, Part A funding to disseminate specific LEA and campus level data to 1) all LEA campuses, 2) parents of all enrolled students, and 3) make the information widely available through public means such as posting on the internet, distribution to the media, or distribution through public agencies.
The Agency has developed the Texas NCLB Report Card an internet-based system to generate the campus, LEA, and state-level reports that meet the specific federal reporting requirement. TISD district and campus reports and parent notification letters are provided below. Within each report, the following sections are included:

Part III - AYP and Schools Identified for Improvement, Corrective Action, and Restructuring
Part IV - Teacher Quality
Part V - NAEP Achievement Levels (State and LEA Reports Only)

Academic Excellence Indicator System (AEIS):
Notice of Performance for Thrall ISD as required by House Bill 3297
To access the Academic Excellence Indicator System (AEIS) report for Thrall ISD, follow these steps:
1. Go to the AEIS website of the Texas Education Agency
2. Select the most current year available

To access the Accountability Rating of the district and any school, follow these steps:
1. Go to the State Accountability website of the Texas Education Agency
2. Select the most current year

4. In 1) Select “District Name”
5. In 2) Type “Thrall ” (Do NOT type ISD after the name)

The list that appears shows the district rating as well as the rating of each school. The district name and the name of each school is a hot link to its data table. The data table shows the actual performance used to determine the rating.
