Competitive sealed proposals will be opened at 2:01 p.m. on Monday, May 22. Selection of award will be based on overall best value to the district and ability to meet removal schedule. Selection of award will be announced on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 by the Board of Trustees at their regular board meeting.
Faxed bids will not be accepted. Competitive sealed proposals must be submitted in sufficient time to be received and time-stamped at the above location on or before the published date and time shown above. Thrall ISD will not be responsible for mail delivered from the post office. Potential buyers must submit competitive sealed proposals which indicate the portable building they are bidding on as identified by number shown on the website.
All buildings are sold as-is/where-is with no warranty and do not include attached ramps or canopies. All buildings are required to be removed from district property by no sooner than Tuesday, May 30, 2017 and no later than Friday, June 2, 2017 and are the responsibility of the buyer. District will be responsible for removing all furniture and disconnecting all relevant utilities before Tuesday, May 30, 2017.
